Brian and Elena, thank you for making our Thanksgiving week so special. From the exceptional food, to all the fun in the sun and water, it was an incredible vacation. This was a vacation of a lifetime. We were shown the very best the BVI had to offer...the water sports and toys that were available on the yacht to utilize were unbeliveable!...Captain Brian's knowledge and skill on all equipment was impressive and impeccable...moving on to the lovely Elena. I have never eaten so well and tasted so much wonderful food...I am truly grateful to Brian and Elena for their knowledge and expertise. We have said countless times this week that this has been our best vacation ever! While it would be easy to attribute this to great weather, a new boat, countless water toys, and a fantastic mattress, the absolutely biggest factor driving our view has been by far, the hospitality of Brian and Elena. Brian has been all-in in helping us achieve our efoil dreams with professional instruction and enthusiastic encouragement, while exposing us to a whole set of other water activities. Elena's AMAZING creativity in the preparation of every meal has kept us in awe the entire trip. Her passion for creating memorable dining events in clear and shee truely delivers Michelin-star quality at every meal - incredible! Our exeperience on FY exceed all expectations. We will be reliving all the great memories and laughs for the rest of our lives, with our exciting excursion to Josiah's Beach likely being at the top of the list! Raised near the Great Salt Lake in Utah, Brian's love for water began early. Fueled by
childhood adventures and tales of seafaring explorers, he honed his skills on expedition
ships, traversing the world's vast oceans. Now, as a USCG 100 Ton Captain with over a
decade of experience in the greater Caribbean, Brian ensures your journey is a
seamless blend of safety and exploration. His adventurous spirit shines through in the
personalized itineraries he crafts, catering to your desire for high-octane thrills or serene
relaxation.
ELENA - YOUR CULINARY ARTIST:
With a spirit that awakens in the open, Elena's love for nature extends far beyond the
land. After traveling to over forty countries, her journey led her from the majestic peaks
of Switzerland to the vibrant coral reefs of the Indo-Pacific. This worldly perspective
translates to her culinary artistry as well.
Growing up in an international household, her dishes are a symphony of flavors, infused
with French influences and the exotic spices gleaned from her travels. Elena caters to
individual dietary needs, crafting heart-warming dishes from the simplest ingredients,
always using eco-friendly practices.

While exploring ways to enhance the charter industry, Brian and Elena briefly developed
a payment management software, Yachtly. However, after realizing the limited market
demand, they left the company in early 2024. A true blessing, allowing them to

Brian and Elena's meticulous search for their next ideal charter vessel led them to

BROKER NOTES
Special Conditions
1. No smoking or vaping permitted in the interior of the yacht.
2. Parties acknowledge that this is a contact and may be transmitted by email and the parties intend that an emailed contract containing either the original and/or copies of party's signature shall constitute a binding contract. This, however, does not exclude the subsequent exchange of original contracts.
3. No pets allowed.
4. Children are to be under the direct supervision of an adult from the charter party at all times, children must be 5 years or older
5. Any outstanding accounts to be settled with the captain on board prior to disembarkation
6. Crew gratuity of 15-20% is customary and at Charterer's discretion.This gratuity should be given to the Captain of the vessel at the end of the charter, payable in cash or check from a US Bank.
7. It is the responsibility of the Charterer to ensure that he and his guests meet all passport, visa and Covid travel requirements to and from the port of embarkation/disembarkation and for the countries to be visited during the charter.
8. Charterer acknowledges that participation in motorized water sports activities is an inherently dangerous activity that involves risks of death and/or serious bodily injury that cannot be prevented or avoided even by the exercise of reasonable care. Charterer is voluntarily relinquishing the ability to seek or collect damages from the yacht, yacht owner, or any associated parties, due to any personal injury, claim, or incident occurring or in any way related to or arising from the inherent risks of charterer's (or guests) involvement in these motorized water sports activities.
9. While the crew will make every effort to ensure all water toys remain available and in working order, the Charterer acknowledges that they malfunction or break down at any time including right before or during the charter and therefore they cannot be guaranteed.
10. All itineraries are suggested and subject to weather and sea conditions with approval from the Captain at the time of the charter
